Experienced Plumber – Brent (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, experienced plumber to join our expanding team in Brent. You will work on a busy responsive repairs contract, delivering high‑quality plumbing services to occupied social housing properties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes, including leak, blockage and drainage resolution.
• Replace and install taps, toilets, cisterns, basins and other sanitary ware.
• Repair or replace pipework, valves, fittings and hot‑water or radiator systems.
• Diagnose and fix issues with heating, hot‑water and drainage systems.
• Record job details, materials and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in good condition.
• Work respectfully in residents’ homes, keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Participate in out‑of‑hours emergency rota as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially when working in occupied homes.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.

What we offer
