Experienced Plumber Multi‑Trader – £38k + Van

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi‑Trader to join a busy repairs and maintenance team delivering services to occupied social housing across Northwest London. The role combines plumbing repairs, routine maintenance and a variety of multi‑trade tasks in both tenanted and void properties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within social housing properties.
• Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently.
• Perform associated multi‑trade works such as basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and is completed to a high quality.
• Provide courteous customer service in occupied homes.
• Complete accurate job reports and required paperwork.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).
• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi‑Trader in repairs and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience in social housing is desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet productivity targets.
