Experienced Property Manager - Residential & HMO

About the Role

Harte Recruitment, in partnership with a well-established agency covering Hull and Beverley, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a stable portfolio of approximately 150 residential and HMO properties. Join a dynamic team within a 400-unit agency where the core philosophy is quality of service over sheer volume.

Main Missions

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and HMO properties.
• Oversee end-to-end tenancy management, including rent reviews and inspections.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance (renewals, licensing, and legal requirements).
• Prepare detailed property inventories and maintain high standards of documentation.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate with a Virtual Assistant who handles the majority of maintenance tasks, allowing you to focus on client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Property Manager within the residential sector.
• Highly organized professional capable of working autonomously and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with landlords.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (based on experience).
• Performance-based bonus (up to 4%) and a £500 bonus upon successful completion of CELAP.
