Experienced Scaffolder – Part 1 & 2 – Cornwall

About the role

Berry Recruitment is looking for experienced Part 1 and Part 2 scaffolders to join a busy team delivering projects across Truro and St Austell in Cornwall. The role offers ongoing, full‑time work on a variety of construction sites, with a focus on safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Carry out routine checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the site team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid Part 1 or Part 2 Scaffolding Qualification.
• Proven experience in scaffolding erection, alteration and dismantling.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Own transport is highly desirable due to multiple site locations.
