Experienced Underground Utility Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Underground Utility Surveyor to join a well‑established, growing company in Swindon. The role offers a permanent, full‑time position where you will apply the latest surveying techniques to deliver accurate utility maps for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct underground utility surveys using modern equipment and techniques.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient delivery of survey data.
• Provide feedback on best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with relevant standards, including PAS 128.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering utility surveys in a survey environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Customer‑focused approach with the ability to understand client requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of PAS 128 standards.
• Proficiency with utility survey equipment.
• Understanding of topographical surveying techniques.
