Experienced Waiting Staff – Michelin‑Starred Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic waiting staff to join the front‑of‑house team at Cail Bruich, a Michelin‑starred restaurant in Glasgow’s West End. You will help deliver a world‑class dining experience to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalised service to guests throughout their visit.
• Maintain high‑standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining room.
• Work with seasonal, locally sourced Scottish ingredients to enhance guest experience.
• Handle orders and payments using the TRONC tips system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
