Experienced Window & Conservatory Installer

About the role

Window Mart is seeking an experienced installer to fit high‑quality PVCu windows, doors and conservatories for residential customers across Sussex. You will work on a variety of projects, delivering professional workmanship while representing the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut and install PVCu windows, doors and conservatory units at client homes.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment on each site.
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and answer queries.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule jobs and manage daily workload.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience installing PVCu windows, doors and conservatories.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a friendly team.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and residence within 25 miles of Horsham.
