About the Role

Are you a seasoned automotive professional with a passion for mentoring the next generation of technicians? As a Motor Vehicle Vocational Trainer Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping careers by managing a dedicated portfolio of apprentices from their initial induction through to successful qualification completion.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive portfolio of apprentices, providing end-to-end support throughout their training journey.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and practical instruction in motor vehicle mechanics.
• Assess apprentice progress and competence in alignment with educational standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and all relevant government educational requirements.
• Provide continuous guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience within the motor vehicle sector.
• Possession of a minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant automotive field.
• Proven ability to coach, evaluate, and inspire learners.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy (Level 2 minimum required).
