Export and Sales Administration Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Core Operations Manager, the Export and Sales Administration Manager oversees the preparation and processing of paperwork for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with current legislation. The role also manages the accurate processing of new orders and coordinates customer communications for service and repair business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Export and Sales Administration team, handling order entry, sales acknowledgements and invoice generation.
• Prepare and submit export and customs documentation, apply for licences and ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Production to quote repairs, schedule returns and provide capacity information to channel partners.
• Maintain internal sales processes, monitor order pipelines and provide data for forecasts and management meetings.
• Monitor courier performance, manage export costs and ensure accurate invoicing in Sage Accounts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to ensure efficient processes aligned with company objectives and strategic plans.
• Experience in training and supporting staff to follow operating procedures and confidentiality protocols.
• Capability to manage shared inboxes, improvement reports and first‑time issue resolution.
