Export Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Join a founder‑led, fast‑growing brand that creates vegan, cruelty‑free beauty and gifting products sold in major retailers and boutique stores worldwide. As an Export Logistics Coordinator you will manage the flow of goods from Asia to key customer accounts across 35 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from Asia, ensuring timely delivery to customer accounts.
• Process proof‑of‑delivery documents, identify and resolve errors or delays.
• Book customer shipments with third‑party carriers and prepare all required export documentation.
• Raise contracts and liaise with contract manufacturers and international suppliers.
• Verify order accuracy and orchestrate stock movement to the right location at the right time.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods within an SME brand.
• Hands‑on experience working with shipping companies and 3PL warehouses.
• Familiarity with moving goods under various Incoterms.
• Experience preparing export documents is desirable.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
