Export Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Export Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team in Swindon. The role focuses on driving export sales performance, managing customer relationships and ensuring compliance with export procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed core KPI targets and use KPI data to improve productivity.
• Maintain customer records, price lists and quotations daily via the CRM system.
• Process orders, review contracts and purchase‑order acknowledgements, ensuring all export documentation complies with policy and regulations.
• Maximise margin through market‑based pricing and efficient quoting.
• Provide proactive communication with customers and coordinate technical support.
• Research and recommend new products, contribute marketing ideas and support business promotions.
• Promote a positive working culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong influence and inspirational skills without direct authority.
• Innovative mindset, comfortable challenging the status‑quo.
• Excellent written and oral communication, confident with numbers.
• Education in administrative, mathematical or business subjects.
• 5+ years in business development or key account management.
• Attention to detail and strong data‑analysis capability.
• Experience with lean management tools (e.g., Kaizen) and Interconnect products is a plus.
