About the role
Freightserve is seeking an Export Shipping Coordinator to manage road and ocean freight shipments for its London‑based operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for export movements, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end delivery for customers. Freightserve has been operating since 1992 and is recognised as a leading freight specialist in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange shipments by ocean and road freight, including groupage, LCL and FCL.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end export processes from booking to delivery.
- Support the head office at London Heathrow with documentation and reporting.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- Proven knowledge of road and ocean freight operations.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
