Express Commercial Partner – UK

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a frontline sales professional with express/courier experience to manage external commercial partners for the Express project across multiple countries. The role focuses on driving volume, revenue and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, select and manage external commercial partners for Express services.
• Drive volume, revenue, share of wallet and compliance with partners.
• Coordinate marketing, training and development activities for partners.
• Collaborate with Express Operations Partner on new commercial models and negotiations.
• Liaise with IT and Finance to ensure effective system and payment processes.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years logistics/cargo experience, including express sales and commercial management.
• Proven experience in legal contracting, pricing and RFI/RFQ response strategies.
• Strong analytical, numerical and business case development skills.
• Legal right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship provided.
