Express Store Manager

About the role

As an Express Store Manager at Asda, you will be responsible for leading a small‑format store or a petrol filling station (PFS) to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial performance. You will create a welcoming environment where colleagues feel valued and customers receive attentive care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate a team to provide service with heart.
• Drive sales, maintain high standards and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Take ownership of store performance, colleague capability and commercial delivery.
• Manage cost control, stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers.
• Maintain safety, compliance and all PFS/forecourt requirements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day people management with professionalism and care.
