About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic EYFS and Primary teachers to join a network of schools across Spalding and the surrounding East Midlands area. These supply positions offer flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with school staff and communicate progress to parents.
- Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Passion for early years education and ability to inspire young learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with pupils and staff.
- Reliability, adaptability, and commitment to high‑quality teaching.
Required skills
- Effective classroom and behaviour management techniques.
- Ability to design age‑appropriate lesson plans.
