About the role

Reeson Education is recruiting an EYFS Teacher for a specialist primary school in Harrow. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a temporary‑to‑permanent pathway, allowing you to develop within a well‑resourced early years environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons tailored to pupils' learning needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress effectively.
• Develop communication and social skills through structured activities.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and wider school staff to achieve positive outcomes.
• Build professional relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong knowledge of early years practice and development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient and flexible approach to teaching.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and current educational practices.
