About the role

We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Brighton. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality early years education, fostering a love of learning in young children and supporting their development across all EYFS areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing tailored feedback and support.
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to enhance student learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting or a similar early years role.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
