EYFS Teaching Assistant – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

About the role
Reeson Education is seeking a caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant nursery serving children aged 0‑5 in the Kingston upon Thames/Esher area. You will work within a supportive Early Years team, delivering play‑based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Key responsibilities
- Support children in a safe, stimulating environment.
- Plan and deliver activities that meet EYFS standards.
- Foster children’s creativity, confidence and social development through play.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate observations, learning journals and progress records.
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare policies at all times.
Required profile
- Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Warm, enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
