EYFS Teaching Assistant – Temporary Supply Role in Lambeth

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Lambeth on a temporary, supply basis starting September 2026. The role offers flexible assignments across various early years settings, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while supporting young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Assist teachers in maintaining a nurturing learning environment and uphold behaviour policies.
• Support lesson planning and deliver interventions aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children at all times.

Required profile

• Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
• Proven experience in primary or early years settings.
• Flexible availability for short‑term or longer‑term placements.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and two recent professional references.
• Ability to commute to Southwark/Lambeth.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the EYFS Framework.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
