Fabric Sales Coordinator – Graduate Opportunity

About the role

We are seeking a Fabric Sales Coordinator to support a fast‑growing sustainable textiles business. The position is ideal for a recent graduate or an early‑career professional who wants to develop a career in sales within the interior‑design, furniture or hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, keeping them informed of order progress and delivery.
• Assist the sales team with product queries, quotations, lead handling and new client enquiries.
• Liaise with the warehouse to monitor stock levels and conduct stock‑takes.
• Resolve after‑sales queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Develop sales leads and support marketing activities, including trade‑fair attendance and social‑media outputs.
• Provide administrative support to the director as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales support or coordination role (or relevant office experience for a graduate).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ambitious mindset with interest in growing within a sustainable textiles business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm).
