About the role
Our client, a fresh‑produce operation located just outside Soham, is seeking an experienced Facilities Cleaner to join their factory team on an immediate basis. You will work on‑site in a production environment, ensuring that work areas, machinery and surrounding facilities are kept clean and safe for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise work areas, production lines and machinery according to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Dispose of waste material safely and efficiently.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including high‑pressure washers and floor scrubbers.
- Maintain cleaning logs and report any issues with equipment or facilities.
- Follow the Panama shift pattern (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on/2 days off) from 06:00 to 18:15.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an industrial or factory cleaning role.
- Hard‑working, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to start immediately and adhere to the specified shift pattern.
