Facilities Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join a high‑performing on‑site team managing a prestigious commercial office building in London’s West End. Working closely with the Building Manager, you will be the central point of contact for tenants, contractors and visitors, ensuring the building delivers first‑class service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the premium asset.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Support compliance and health‑and‑safety processes.
• Oversee contractor attendance, manage contractor relationships and maintain accurate operational records.
• Engage with occupiers, handle tenant enquiries and support building events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or a customer‑focused corporate environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding occupier experience.
• Experience in a multi‑tenanted commercial property is advantageous.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation; IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification is beneficial but not essential.
