Facilities Handyperson – Part‑time

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of commercial business centres in the South East, is looking for a proactive Facilities Handyperson to join their Kings Hill site on a part‑time basis. You will work alongside a full‑time colleague, supporting the day‑to‑day upkeep of the centre while upholding high standards of health & safety, fire safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine site and H&S inspections of waste areas, buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Perform decorating tasks in vacated offices to bring units back to specification for new occupants.
• Undertake general maintenance and handyperson duties across the centre.
• Take regular meter readings for electricity, gas and water.
• Support robust health‑and‑safety and fire‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable and proactive with a pride in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Willingness to work the scheduled hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 am – 12:30 pm.
• Familiarity with company values and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
