Facilities Manager – Hospitality Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead engineering, maintenance and compliance across four local hospitality sites. The role is based in Surbiton and involves occasional travel between sites, with a standard Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all building services, preventative maintenance programmes (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure full health, safety and statutory compliance through risk assessments and audits.
• Lead and develop on‑site maintenance teams, conducting performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, monitor spend and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Identify and implement energy‑saving initiatives and track consumption.
• Support refurbishment projects and other capital works across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or engineering management within the UK.
• Strong knowledge of building services and UK health & safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, suppliers and budgets.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
