Facilities Operative

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Facilities Operative to join our client’s warehouse team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role involves keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe while operating essential equipment during standard day shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and a compactor.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks and waste management.

Required profile

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 kg and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a facilities or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

What we offer

• £13.79 per hour, paid weekly.
• Monday‑Friday day shifts, 8 am‑4 pm.
• Temporary but ongoing placement with the possibility of extension.
