Facilities Project Manager

About the role

This newly created position offers the chance to lead a variety of facilities projects across a large engineering and manufacturing site. You will have genuine influence from day one, shaping the future direction of the Facilities function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage facilities‑related projects from scope definition through contractor engagement to successful delivery.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, facilities teams and senior stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Obtain quotations, review proposals and oversee contractor‑led works across the site.
• Support planned maintenance activities, improve record‑keeping and develop more effective maintenance processes.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in facilities operations and project delivery.

Required profile

• Experience working within a Facilities Management environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, procurement and senior teams.
