Facilities Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the Bristol office remains safe, functional and welcoming for staff and visitors. The role is based in central Bristol with occasional travel to our Swindon and Bath sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance and manage third‑party vendors.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and act as the primary point of contact for facility‑related queries.
• Support logistical operations, including deliveries of equipment and office supplies.
• Liaise with internal departments to anticipate needs and deliver efficient solutions.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with energy‑management and environmental programmes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of facilities regulations and ensure regional coverage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in facilities or office management.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors effectively.
• Attention to health and safety procedures; experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
