Facilities Supervisor / Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor / Lead to ensure the Bristol office operates safely, efficiently and remains a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. You will act as the primary point of contact for all facilities‑related matters, coordinating maintenance, vendors and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs across the office.
• Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and service contractors.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring policies meet external legislation.
• Support logistical operations, including deliveries of equipment and supplies.
• Liaise with internal departments to anticipate facility needs and deliver solutions.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with energy‑management and environmental initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for staff queries and requests.
• Collaborate with regional facilities teams to maintain adequate coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or office management.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships.
• Keen eye for health and safety compliance.
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
