About the Role

Join Octric Semiconductor, an emerging leader in the compound semiconductor foundry sector, as a Facilities Supervisor. In this critical role, you will ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance while guaranteeing the seamless continuity of maintenance and facility operations to support uninterrupted production.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians on a daily basis, managing schedules, leave, and team coverage.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance interventions to ensure facility reliability.
  • Conduct rigorous risk assessments and draft Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor environmental performance, including sampling and environmental monitoring protocols.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within a high-tech or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop technical teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resource planning.
  • Commitment to safety excellence and environmental stewardship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes production environment.
