Factory Operative – Production Team Member

About the role

You will provide a high‑quality service by carrying out various duties within the production department. The role includes maintaining a safe and clean working environment, completing documentation and labelling, and supporting the team to meet targets and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture aluminium windows and doors using Technal, ALUK and Seniors systems, following job sheets, drawings and supplier manuals.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Produce the highest quality products in line with quality procedures to meet the fabrication programme.
• Complete all necessary documentation, labelling and record‑keeping.
• Assist teammates, cover absences and holidays, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Able to follow instructions.
• Previous fabrication experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and motivated.
• Reliable and a good team player.

Required skills

• Aluminium window and door fabrication.
• Technal system knowledge.
• ALUK system knowledge.
• Seniors system knowledge.
