Factory Operative – Temp to Perm, Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Factory Operatives to join a busy production team on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, based at a rural site in South Kent and requires your own transport.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a fast‑paced production environment supporting daily output.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely (training provided).
• Assist with general manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Carry out basic quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Pack, label and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
• Maintain housekeeping and organise the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in production, warehousing or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
