About the role
We are a full‑service family practice in the Newton area seeking a motivated physician to join our growing team. The position offers the flexibility to shape your own practice while serving a diverse patient panel ranging from newborns to seniors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to patients of all ages.
- Perform selected procedures as desired and appropriate.
- Manage both in‑person and telemedicine appointments from your own office.
- Collaborate with three existing physicians and contribute to a large, multidisciplinary patient panel.
Required profile
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified Family/General Practitioner.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative clinic environment.
- Ability to tailor practice style to personal preferences.
- Optional: proficiency in Punjabi is a plus but not required.
Required skills
- Experience with MedAccess EMR.
- Proficiency using Dragon dictation software.

- 80/20 fee‑for‑service split with physician overhead.
