Family Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE – Cornwall

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our expanding family law team in Cornwall. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload and provide high‑quality legal advice to clients across a range of family matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own varied caseload, advising and representing clients in family law matters.
• Handle divorce and dissolution proceedings, financial settlements, cohabitation and property disputes, separation agreements, and private children matters.
• Progress cases efficiently from initial instruction through to conclusion while maintaining excellent client care.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm procedures throughout each matter.

Required profile

• Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can build compassionate client relationships.
• Team‑player who can also work autonomously and take initiative.
