Family Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Devon

About the role
We are seeking a Family Solicitor with at least five years of post‑qualification experience to join our award‑winning family team in Bristol. The successful candidate will manage high‑net‑worth, privately funded family matters and help expand the firm’s family law offering.
Key responsibilities
- Advise high‑net‑worth individuals on financial remedy, divorce, separation and cohabitation matters.
- Handle private children disputes and sensitive, high‑profile family cases.
- Draft and negotiate pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the family practice in Bristol.
Required profile
- Minimum five years PQE in a recognised city, regional or specialist family practice.
- Strong technical expertise in privately funded family law matters.
- Proven experience advising on financial and children cases.
- Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded and able to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team.
