Family Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our award‑winning family law team in Wiltshire. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value, complex divorce, financial remedy and private children matters while enjoying the lifestyle of a regional practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of divorce and financial remedy matters, including high‑ and ultra‑high‑net‑worth cases (£1m–£12m+).
• Handle multi‑jurisdictional and offshore financial remedies, trusts, property portfolios and business interests.
• Advise on private children issues, international relocation, residence and contact arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements and TOLATA applications.
• Liaise with clients ranging from HNW individuals and business owners to farmers and property developers.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in divorce, financial remedies and exposure to private children work.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value cases independently.
