About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Family Solicitor to join a professional services firm in High Wycombe. This permanent position involves providing expert legal advice and handling family law matters with precision and care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce and financial disputes.
• Provide clients with clear, accurate, and practical legal advice tailored to their circumstances.
• Draft legal documents such as court applications and correspondence.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years post‑qualification experience with strong family law expertise.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Ambitious and passionate about modern, constructive approaches to family law.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients and complex family matters.
• Advocate of Non‑Court Dispute Resolution (or willing to become one).
• Commercially aware with a proactive business‑development mindset.
• Excellent communicator with exceptional client‑care skills.
• Capable of supervising and supporting junior team members.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in case‑management systems and Microsoft Office.
