Family Solicitor

About the role

Our client, a well‑established family law firm in South East England, is seeking a Family Solicitor with roughly three years post‑qualification experience. You will work closely with a senior team member, initially supporting an existing caseload and gradually taking ownership of your own files.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and eventually lead cases involving divorce, separation and financial remedies.
• Handle complex asset matters such as trusts, businesses, foreign property and pensions.
• Manage cohabitation issues, nuptial agreements and private law children cases.
• Contribute to team communication, workload management and business development activities.

Required profile

• Solicitor with around three years PQE and solid experience in family law.
• Proven ability in drafting, advocacy and client communication.
• Excellent organisational and strategic thinking skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Commercial outlook with some exposure to business development considered advantageous.
