Family Solicitor – Leeds/Huddersfield

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our respected family law team in Yorkshire. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, with a focus on financial remedy work, while providing commercial and empathetic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full portfolio of private family law cases, including divorce, financial remedy and ancillary matters.
• Provide practical, commercial advice to clients throughout sensitive and complex proceedings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the department.
• Participate in business development and networking activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE in private family law.
• Strong background in financial remedy work and other private family matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Commitment to professional development and team collaboration.
