About the role
A well‑known, long‑established firm in South London is seeking a qualified Family Solicitor to join its busy family and childcare team. You will work on publicly funded family matters, handling a full caseload of new instructions and supporting clients with child arrangement and domestic‑violence issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of publicly funded family law matters.
- Handle new instructions and provide advice on child arrangement orders.
- Assist clients experiencing domestic‑violence within family proceedings.
- Collaborate with experienced child panel members and senior team members.
Required profile
- Qualified Family Solicitor.
- Commitment to delivering publicly funded family matters.
- Residence within a reasonable commute of South London.
- Experience with domestic‑violence or child arrangement orders (preferred).
