Family Solicitor – Private Divorce & High Net Worth Cases

About the role

Join a leading family law team in Wiltshire, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers for handling complex, high‑value matters. You will work on a full caseload of private divorce, financial remedy and private children cases, supporting a diverse client base while enjoying the lifestyle of a South West practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of divorce and financial remedy work, including high and ultra‑high net‑worth clients.
• Advise on multi‑jurisdictional and offshore matters involving trusts, property portfolios and business interests.
• Handle private children matters, international relocations, and complex residence/contact issues.
• Draft and negotiate pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements and TOLATA cases.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior lawyers within the team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
• Strong team player with a commitment to excellence.

Required skills

• Experience with high‑net‑worth divorce and financial remedy cases.
• Knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional, offshore, and trust‑related matters.
• Proficiency in handling private children and international relocation issues.
