About the role

The Legists, an award‑winning law firm, is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its thriving Family team in Bristol. You will work on high‑net‑worth, privately funded cases, supporting clients through complex family law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial remedy, divorce, separation and cohabitation agreements.
• Handle private children disputes and high‑profile family cases.
• Develop and grow the firm’s Family law offering in the Bristol office.
• Collaborate with senior specialists to deliver high‑quality legal solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 5 years PQE experience in family law.
• Strong technical expertise in privately funded family matters.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work well in a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Experience advising on financial remedy and children cases.
• Knowledge of divorce, separation, cohabitation and pre/post‑nuptial agreements.
