About the role
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a specialist family law practice serving Surrey and South London. You will become part of a sizeable, well‑respected family team that values collaboration, flexibility and staff wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload covering care proceedings, private children matters and domestic abuse cases.
- Handle legal‑aid childcare and family law matters from start to finish.
- Provide clear, client‑focused advice while maintaining high standards of case management.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Proven experience in managing legal‑aid family law matters.
- Strong understanding of family law procedures and regulations.
