About the role
We are seeking a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Exeter office. The role can be offered at Senior Associate or Partnership level, offering a hybrid working model within a supportive, high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Inherit and manage a broad, privately funded family law caseload.
- Handle high‑value and complex matters such as matrimonial finance, divorce proceedings and prenuptial agreements.
- Collaborate with a dedicated marketing team and wider practice group to develop client relationships.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive.
- Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
- Demonstrated expertise in high‑value, complex family matters.
Required skills
- Family law expertise.
- Matrimonial finance.
- Divorce law.
- Prenuptial agreement drafting.
