Family Solicitor – West London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our modern, collaborative Legal 500 firm in West London. You will manage a diverse caseload covering divorce, financial settlements and both public and private children matters, working autonomously while benefiting from strong team support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle divorce and financial separation cases from inception to resolution.
• Manage child custody, contact and welfare matters, including publicly funded and private cases.
• Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients throughout the family law process.
• Prepare and negotiate settlements, attend hearings and represent clients in court.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven experience in both private and publicly funded family/childcare law.
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance to West London.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
