About the role
Prospero Health & Social Care is seeking experienced Family Support Workers for flexible, temporary assignments in Bracknell Forest. You will support vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and develop positive coping strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support to children, young people, and families.
- Collaborate with schools, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote safeguarding and child protection best practices.
- Adapt support plans to meet individual needs across various settings.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
- Ability to work flexibly across different settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
