Family Support Worker / BromCom Admin (Part‑time, Lambeth)

About the role
This part‑time position supports young people with additional social, emotional and mental health needs in a primary school in Lambeth. Working three days a week, you will help students regulate their thoughts and emotions, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one pastoral support to students.
- Assist with attendance monitoring and keeping students focused.
- Collaborate with teachers and on‑site professionals to deliver tailored support.
- Offer practical advice and effective communication with students and families.
- Administer the BromCom system for record‑keeping and reporting.
Required profile
- Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher.
- Experience or interest in working with SEN children or adults.
- Pro‑active, adaptable, and able to commit to the full academic year.
- Understanding of complex student needs and willingness to face challenges.
