About the role

Join the LEGO Group as a Fan Creator Relationship Manager and become the driving force behind direct, lasting relationships with adult fans and creators worldwide. You will champion fan engagement, ensuring creators feel recognized, valued, and inspired by the LEGO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture direct relationships with recognised Fan Creators, safeguarding positive brand perception.
• Design and execute innovative engagement initiatives, including exclusive events, panels, and behind‑the‑scenes experiences.
• Develop platform‑specific engagement guidelines, toolkits, and safety protocols.
• Leverage fandom trends to drive advocacy, talent growth, and commercial value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Adults Engagement, Fan Marketing, Brand Communications, Legal, local markets) and external partners to enhance community experiences.
• Identify and mitigate brand risks on high‑reach platforms, ensuring swift resolution of challenges.
• Use data and analytics to set KPIs, track performance, and demonstrate the team’s business impact.
• Provide mentorship and strategic input to foster innovation within the fandom space.

Required profile

• Significant, proven experience managing relationships with fan creators or similar communities.
• Strong understanding of brand safety, digital moderation, and confidentiality requirements.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to work closely with analytics teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
