About the role
Berry Recruitment is seeking reliable farm workers for seasonal assignments across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. The role involves intensive hands‑on work on farms, with a focus on crop harvesting and produce grading.
Key responsibilities
- Harvesting a variety of crops
- Assisting with general farm tasks as needed
- Grading potatoes and onions
- Weeding and maintaining crop areas
- Working up to 12‑hour days, seven days a week during peak periods
Required profile
- Own transport is essential due to remote farm locations
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Willingness to work flexible, often seven‑day weeks

What we offer
- Pay starting at £12.71 per hour
- Potential overtime rates up to £17.16 per hour
- Temporary full‑time contracts
