Fashion Store Manager – Horsham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Store Manager to lead our client’s boutique in the Swan Walk Shopping Centre, Horsham. The role focuses on delivering a personal and positive experience for every customer while driving sales and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase fashionable women’s clothing.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, budgets and gross profit targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated team.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven management experience within the fashion retail sector.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong visual merchandising expertise.
• Ability to drive a team and business to the next performance level.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, budgeting and gross profit management.
• Excellent people‑management, organisational and communication skills.
