Fast-Fit Centre Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fast‑Fit Centre Manager to lead our automotive service centre in Warrington. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the fast‑fit centre to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of technicians and customer‑service staff, maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and operating budgets.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee stock control, ordering and workshop efficiency.
• Lead local marketing and PR initiatives to raise the centre’s profile.
• Support staff training and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations and MOT testing standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong customer‑relations track record.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commercial awareness and proactive business approach.
